Rohit Kapoor

Vice Chairman and CEO

Rohit Kapoor is Vice Chairman and CEO of EXL. An industry pioneer, Mr. Kapoor co-founded EXL in April 1999 and has led the firm’s rapid evolution from a provider of operational support services to a global leader in analytics and digital solutions, with over 40,000 employees globally and over $1.3BN in annual revenue.

In the early stages of EXL, Mr. Kapoor was instrumental in consummating several acquisitions that both established the company’s capabilities and spurred strong avenues of growth. He led the company’s IPO in 2006, and under his leadership has seen the stock price grow by a multiple of 10 since the initial offering. Over the last 20 years, his strategic decisions have allowed for consistent expansion and driven fiscal performance that has outpaced the S&P 600. He also leads EXL’s sustainability initiatives, focused on the continued resilience of the company and ongoing talent development.

Mr. Kapoor is active in several professional and charitable organizations. He is an active member and prior Chairman of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (“NASSCOM”) BPM Council, and a member of the Fortune CEO initiative. In addition, he is director of the New York Tri-State chapter of Pratham USA, a non-profit organization, and serves on the board of directors of the America India Foundation (“AIF”).

Prior to EXL, Mr. Kapoor served in various roles at Deutsche Bank private banking division. He started his career at Bank of America, where he held several management positions throughout the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Kapoor has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management.

Vivek Jetley

Executive Vice President and Business Head, Analytics

Vivek Jetley is Executive Vice President and Head of EXL Analytics, a fast growing, 7,000+ person strong Data & Analytics business spread across US, UK, Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific. EXL Analytics has grown 25x since 2010 and is now one of the largest analytics service providers in the world. EXL Analytics leverages its advanced analytics and AI expertise, proprietary data assets, and enterprise data management capability to design and deliver solutions that deliver business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Vivek is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting to Insurance, Financial Services, Media and Healthcare companies across the world. He has broad experience in using Analytics for Marketing, Risk Management, New Product Development, Operations and Financial Management.

Vivek has been with EXL since the acquisition of Inductis in 2006, where he was a Partner. He has excelled in various leadership roles within EXL including heading enterprise strategy and setting up a strategic deal team. In his current role he helped build the EXL Analytics business, and shaped its overall strategy and capabilities through partnerships, investments and business acquisitions.

Before EXL, Vivek was a partner at Inductis, a specialized Analytics consulting firm that focused on Financial Services and Healthcare clients and started his career as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group. He is a Computer Engineering Graduate with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Anita M. Mahon

Anita M. Mahon

Executive Vice President and Business Head Healthcare

Anita M. Mahon is Executive Vice President and Head of EXL Health. Anita ensures that the strategic plan executes on the overall growth goals of the Company. She is a member of the Executive Committee and works closely with the sales and business teams to implement long-term strategy and drive the next phase of growth for EXL. Anita also leads marketing, sales and business development for EXL.

Prior to EXL, Anita served as Vice President, Data, Strategy & Portfolio Officer for IBM Watson Health. In this role, Anita was responsible for driving alignment across business strategies and data competencies, ensuring that protection of data is the first priority. While at Watson Health, Anita also served as Chief Marketing Officer and led Value-based-care strategy and marketing.

Anita joined IBM with its acquisition of Truven Health Analytics in April 2016. As Chief Strategy Officer at Truven, Anita led the definition and implementation of the company’s corporate growth strategy, integrating market, business, and technology trends to establish company priorities. She also led corporate development, including acquisitions, brand strategy, and corporate marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Truven Health in 2006, she served as Executive Director in market strategy, product management, and software development roles at an advanced telecommunications research & development, software, and consulting business that is now part of Ericsson.

Anita earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science degree in computer science from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science from Manhattan College.

Nalin Miglani

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer

Nalin Miglani is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for building a market-leading, client-centric workforce, growing and nurturing talent on a global scale. Nalin has delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, national and regional levels. He was most recently the Chief HR and Corporate Development Officer for Nutreco, a $5 billion global leader in animal and fish nutrition, where he led the creation of a comprehensive framework for strategic execution and a new rewards strategy, among other initiatives.

Nalin also served as the Chief HR and Communication officer for the $1.5 billion Tata Global Beverages Company, where he focused on organizational design and cultural transformation. He also held various global and regional HR leadership roles around the world during a 10-year career at The Coca-Cola Company.

Nalin holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Maurizio Nicolelli

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Maurizio Nicolelli joined EXL in Jan 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Maurizio brings tremendous financial, operational and leadership experience to his role as head of EXL’s finance function. A member of EXL’s Executive Committee, Maurizio is based at EXL’s corporate headquarters in New York.

Prior to EXL, Maurizio was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Casa Systems. Previously, he served 23 years at FactSet Research Systems, where he was Senior Vice President, Principal and CFO.

Maurizio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Over the last 20 years, Ankor has led the growth of very profitable Data/Analytics/AI businesses developing high impact solutions for Fortune 500 Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Retail, Entertainment & Media clients within North America, UK, and Asia.

As Chief Digital Officer of EXL - a $5BN Nasdaq listed company that provides strategic digital transformation solutions and services to Fortune 500 companies - Ankor's responsibilities include deepening EXL’s cloud/data/analytics/AI capabilities and designing and deploying client digital solutions that deliver the trifecta impact of the improved experience, outcomes and efficiency.

EXL Digital is also charged with building EXL's next growth engine - data/AI powered “thin human” digital solutions and managed services - to solve large industry problems.

In his prior role, Ankor grew EXL's Analytics business from a niche double-digit revenue analytics practice into a $350M+ full-stack analytics powerhouse that is independently reported to the street. Leveraging its differentiated market position of an "enterprise execution partner with a data/analytics core", EXL analytics delivered 24 quarters of continuous revenue growth. Along the way, Ankor led several strategic pivots including the expansion of data/analytics capabilities through organic investment and acquisitions and integration of various domain and technical capabilities to move from services toward solutions. EXL Analytics has been recognized by various industry analysts including Gartner, IDC, and HFS.
